With a passion for business operations, business improvement, and especially people, he has a proven track record of delivering results.
John's career flourished in his family business, and he went on to manage SMEs before joining top ASX-listed companies. His in-depth expertise in operational excellence, recruitment, team development and optimisation, and the retention of talent make him a valuable asset to Gramerci, a key element to its ongoing success. He has managed manufacturing facilities across the eastern seaboard, bringing to the table deep networks in the manufacturing, building products, and construction sectors throughout Australia.
As a founding partner of our company, John joined the business operations to directly service our clients by delivering strategic hiring solutions. He offers executive coaching services to help our clients develop their leadership skills and maximise their potential.
