John is a founding partner at Gramerci, an Executive Leader with over 20 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in top ASX-listed companies. With a passion for business operations, business improvement, and especially people, he has a proven track record of delivering results.
John's career flourished in his family business, and he went on to manage SMEs before joining top ASX-listed companies. His in-depth expertise in operational excellence, recruitment, team development and optimisation, and the retention of talent make him a valuable asset to Gramerci, a key element to its ongoing success. He has managed manufacturing facilities across the eastern seaboard, bringing to the table deep networks in the manufacturing, building products, and construction sectors throughout Australia.
Johns legacy with Gramerci has been developing key clients in the construction and manufacturing sector. In addition, he transformed Gramerci's delivery capability through implementing AI to ensure our commitment to embracing modern technology.
